I was not thinking and put the crockpot recipe down for Monday (today) instead of Tuesday. I try to always do a crock pot meal on Tuesday because my DH has his weekly poker game that night and I don't want to chance something happening and delaying dinner.
So, tonight will be Chicken and Dumplings and tomorrow will be the Italian wedding soup.
